［摘要］南海榮耀金融中心塔樓為B級高度高層建筑，為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。對其外框柱設(shè)計進(jìn)行了方案比選并確定了經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的方案。著重介紹了針對結(jié)構(gòu)特點進(jìn)行的各項分析及關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的驗算。計算結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)均符合規(guī)范要求，整體安全。核心筒角部附近開洞對核心筒剛度影響較大，設(shè)計時應(yīng)盡量避免。還介紹了為節(jié)省工程造價而采取的相應(yīng)措施。［關(guān)鍵詞］框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)；B級高度高層建筑；筏板基礎(chǔ)；時程分析；含鋼量中圖分類號：TU973.17文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)06-0069-04Structural design of the tower of Nanhai Glory Financial CenterLuo Qin, Han Jianqiang, Peng Huanjia（Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China）Abstract: The tower of Nanhai Glory Financial Center is a B grade high-rise building. The economic and reasonable structure scheme through the comparison of many schemes was showed. It specially introduces the analysis and check-out of critical members aimed at structural features. The calculation results indicate that, structural indices comply with the requirements of codes, and the building is safe. The holes near the corner of core tube have great effect on its stiffness, so this condition should be avoided.
