The corresponding methods and design ideas to solve the main problems in the design of inclining column frame, such as scheme selection of the structural elevation, vertical deformation analysis, wind resistant design and structural component design, were introduced. Combined with the building elevation and state of force, structural elevation was determined.The wind load of the structural design can be obtained through the wind tunnel experiment. Based on the basic concept of the wind load, the input method of the wind load was determined. To make use of the strength after buckling, structural component was designed.
