[摘要]廣州琶洲PZB1401地塊項目為體型特別不規(guī)則的復(fù)雜高層建筑,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板局部不連續(xù)、豎向抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、塔樓偏置的情況,設(shè)計中采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要性提出不同的性能目標(biāo)。進行小震彈性分析、彈性時程分析、中震彈性分析以及大震彈塑性分析,確保結(jié)構(gòu)整體和各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均能達到設(shè)計的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。對于轉(zhuǎn)換桁架、懸挑桁架、裙樓斜撐和斜柱以及薄弱樓板連接等重要構(gòu)件,通過多種構(gòu)造措施及計算分析,確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全可行。[關(guān)鍵詞]懸挑桁架;轉(zhuǎn)換桁架;樓板薄弱連接;基于性能的抗震設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU973文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)06-0047-06Structural design on Guangzhou Pazhou PZB1401 projectWang Weijun, Zhou Ding, Wang Songfan, Yu Yonghui(Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: Guangzhou Pazhou PZB1401 project is a complicated tall building with a special irregular type, which has the disadvantage cases of torsional irregularity, discontinuous floor, lateral force resisting system discontinuous and tower offset. Performance-based seismic design was adopted during the design process, different seismic performance objectives were determined according to the importance of the structural component. The elastic analysis under light or medium earthquake and the elasto-plastic analysis under strong earthquake were carried out to make the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective.
