[提要]  介紹了達(dá)州體育場(chǎng)大跨度骨架式膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程的抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)及風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)研究，給出了該結(jié)構(gòu)的平均風(fēng)壓系數(shù)參考值。在抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)中，運(yùn)用ANSYS有限元程序，采用體型系數(shù)表達(dá)的空氣動(dòng)力模型，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了橫向風(fēng)振響應(yīng)時(shí)程的非線性分析，根據(jù)得出的整個(gè)風(fēng)振響應(yīng)時(shí)程曲線，得到該結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生馳振失穩(wěn)時(shí)的臨界風(fēng)速，通過與設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)速的比較，表明在風(fēng)荷載作用下，該結(jié)構(gòu)是安全的。

Abstract: The wind-induced vibration analysis and the research about the wind tunnel experiment results are presented, which are both used in the  design and control of the behavior of membrane  structure with long span framework used in Dazhou stadium. A time-history analysis of the  structure on the wind induced vibration response in transverse direction is implemented with ANSYS program, in which the applied aerodynamic force is expressed in terms of shape co-efficient. And the critical wind velocity at which the structure would lose the dynamic stability is obtained according to the whole history vibration curve. After the comparison with the design velocity,a safety conclusion is got.
