單伸臂和雙跨連續(xù)梁的整體穩(wěn)定性能分析

（哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 150090）[提要] 利用ANSYS有限元程序?qū)屋S對(duì)稱工字形單伸臂梁和雙跨連續(xù)梁整體穩(wěn)定試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了有限元模擬。分析中考慮了材料非線性、初始幾何缺陷及殘余應(yīng)力的影響，提出了合理的有限元分析模型與網(wǎng)格劃分密度，分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。研究表明，截面類型、荷載作用位置、加荷比例以及梁段的跨度比對(duì)構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定承載力影響顯著，焊接殘余應(yīng)力對(duì)構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定承載力影響不可忽視。采用有限元模型能夠有效地模擬構(gòu)件的實(shí)際受力狀態(tài)，可以用來進(jìn)行大量的參數(shù)分析，從而取代復(fù)雜的物理試驗(yàn)。

Abstract: The overall stability tests of monosymmetric I-shaped overhangjng beams and two-span continuous beams are simulated by finite element program ANSYS. The influence of material plasticity, initial geometric imperfections and residual stress is considered. The reasonable finite element model and meshing are found. Results from the analysis agree well with the exerimental data. it is found that the type of the section, the overhangjng length, the loading position and the length ratio significantly affect the stability capacity of the specimens. The effect of the welding residual stress couldn't be neglected in overall stability analysis. The actual loading conditions can be simulated effectively by the finite element model presented. It can be used for parametric study instead of complicated physical experiments.
