[提要]  簡(jiǎn)要介紹四層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)房屋套建高層建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法。利用電梯井及舊樓兩端新建部分增設(shè)剪力墻，形成框架-剪力墻體系；分析了無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力斜撐框架的受力性能。

The structural design methods of high-rise building enclosing a four-storied brick and concrete composite house are introduced simply. Using elevator shafts and the new built parts in the old house's two ends to increase shear walls, thus a frame-shear wall structure is formed; and frames with unbonded prestressed batter-braces are analysed inmechanics.
