【提要】 某住宅樓由于地基浸水濕陷發(fā)生不均勻沉降裂縫事故。介紹了該事故的檢測(cè)鑒定、地基加固方法選擇、坑式靜壓樁托換加固方案設(shè)計(jì)和地基加固施工情況,并在試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上指出了用坑式靜壓樁法托換加固地基基礎(chǔ)存在的樁頂壓力滯后的問(wèn)題。

Detection and Appraisal on Cracks in a Residential Building and Underpinning/Li Lin, Zhang Huilin(Shanxi Province Institute of Building Research,Xi'an 710082,China)
Abstract:Cracks in walls of a residential building are found, aroused by the dif
ferential settlement of the collapsible loess groundsill. The detection and appr
aisal on cracks,the selection of strengthening method,the designing and constr
ucting of static pile underpinning are introduced. Basing on the testing date,i
t is indicated that the pressure of the pile's top lags after the construction o
f the static pile.
