泉州市區(qū)人工挖孔樁基質(zhì)量事故分析

[提要] 根據(jù)福建泉州市區(qū)12個工程樁基的靜載試驗資料,初步分析了樁基工程經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量事故的原因;指出該區(qū)多層建筑人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)宜選擇殘(坡)積砂質(zhì)粘土作為樁端持力層;對于此類樁的單樁極限承載力主要取決于受施工擾動“軟化”程度及清孔情況影響的極限樁端阻力值,而增大樁端擴頭直徑和嵌入持力層深度對提高單樁極限承載力不起顯著作用。

This paper gives preliminary analysis on the causes of pile foundations with serious quality problems according to the survey information of pile static load test of 12 projects in Quanzhou urban district. It is illuminated that risidual sandy clay (or talus) is a suitable bearing course for hand drilled pile foundation of multistoried buildings in this area, and the limit bearing capacity of single pile is mainly depended on the limit pile-tip resisting capacity interfered by the results of softened bearing course and pile-bottom cleaning, enlarging the pile-tip diameter and increasing the depth of socketed bearing course make less effect on the limit bearing capacity of single pile.
