【提要】 以某高層商住樓結(jié)構(gòu)為原型,建立了樓板開大洞的框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)空間有限元分析模型,研究了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)改變對其動力特性的影響。認(rèn)為樓面開洞率不宜過大,在開洞的樓板間宜層層設(shè)置或隔層設(shè)置連接構(gòu)件,并應(yīng)設(shè)置落地核芯筒,以加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)整體性。

Abstract:Based on a practical project, a 3D finite element model on the frame supported shear wall structure with big holes in upper floors is made. By changing some parameters of the original model, the influences of these parameters on dynamic characteristics are researched and the reasonable proposes on the design of this kind of structure are given. The analysis shows that holes ratio in one floor plane should not exceed 30%, and the link elements should be set at every one or two story and the coretube should fall to the ground.
