(上海銀泰置業(yè)股份有限公司 201206)[提要] 在軟土地基上建造的高層建筑,有時因地下圍護結構的失穩(wěn)或基坑挖土方法的不當造成基礎群樁發(fā)生嚴重位移的工程事故。如何處理這種事故?需要進行些什么驗算工作?有關規(guī)范在這方面并沒有規(guī)定內容。本文以上海浦西某工程的基礎群樁位移為例,從抗裂、附加力矩和位移三個不同的方面進行了必要的驗算分析,為工程補樁加固找到了依據。

For solving the problem, the methods of analysis and calculation are discussed.through a moved multi - pile project in Shanghai.Based on these analysis and calcularion we can clecide how to add piles and how to strengthen the supporter.
