[提要] 通過(guò)對(duì)青島百盛大廈工程的計(jì)算機(jī)分析，結(jié)合高層建筑中具共性的一些特點(diǎn)，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)比對(duì)在高層建筑中應(yīng)用分體柱技術(shù)解決短柱問(wèn)題的可行性進(jìn)行了探討，論證了在底部加強(qiáng)區(qū)采用高寬比小于4的實(shí)體柱，僅將上部各層短柱改為分體柱是防止結(jié)構(gòu)脆性破壞的有效措施，而分體柱對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)自振特性、側(cè)移剛度和柱軸壓比的變化均影響甚小。

This study focuses on the possibility of using the technique of separated-column to solve problems caused by short-columns through analysis and comparision as datum. This study also proved that using solid columns with a hight-width ratio less than 4 m the intensive area lower stories at the building, merely adapting the short-columns on upper stories into separated-column is a effective method to protect the building structure from fragile damage, which has little effect on natural vibration period, lateral stiffness and axis compression ratio at structure.
