樁筏基礎(chǔ)與格式基礎(chǔ)的聯(lián)合設(shè)計

[提要]  通過對安陽市人民銀行營業(yè)辦公樓的體型特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)方案比較,確定中段(16層)采用樁筏基礎(chǔ),兩邊段(5層)為格式基礎(chǔ),分離施工,待沉降趨于穩(wěn)定后再做后澆帶的聯(lián)合設(shè)計方法。重點(diǎn)是加大筏底土的荷載分擔(dān)作用,并符合沉降控制要求。與純樁基方案相比施工快、效益好。

Comparing the foundation schemes for formative art characteristics of the Office Building of P. By Anyang City, we adopts a design method of separated construction, the middle part (16 floor)built on piled raft foundation while the two sides of building(5 floor)on grid foundation. After settlement of ground becomes steady,  the tie plate pour of concrete is conducted. This method is to strengthen the function of the ground under the raft to burden loads and fit demand of controlling settlement.
