CFRP加固鋼筋混凝土梁的抗剪疲勞試驗(yàn)研究

【提要】 通過對一組粘貼U型碳纖維布加固鋼筋混凝土梁的抗剪疲勞試驗(yàn),研究了完好加固梁與損傷加固梁的箍筋和碳纖維布應(yīng)變隨疲勞次數(shù)增加的變化情況,不同碳纖維布用量對抗剪加固效果的影響以及斜裂縫的擴(kuò)展變化狀況等。試驗(yàn)表明,鋼筋混凝土梁粘貼U型碳纖維布后箍筋應(yīng)變減小20%~50%,斜裂縫寬度減小35%~45%,且碳纖維布用量越大效果越明顯,完好梁加固效果優(yōu)于損傷梁。粘貼碳纖維布可以明顯提高鋼筋混凝土梁的抗剪疲勞性能,延長鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的使用壽命。

Abstract:A group of RC beams strengthened with carbon fiberreinforced polymer (CFRP) sh
eets of Uwraps are tested in shear fatigue. It is experimentally investigated that the change of stresses of stirrup and CFRP corresponding to the fatigue loads,the reinforcement effect for shearing capacity with different amount of CFRP sheets and the diagonal crack propagation etc for the undamaged beams and damaged beams. The experimental results indicate that the stresses of stirrup is decreased by 20%~50%,the width of diagonal crack is decreased by 35%~45%,and the effect is more significant with the larger amount of CFRP sheets,the strengthening effect of the undamaged beams is superior to that of the damaged beams. Accordingly,externally bonded CFRP sheets of Uwraps can improve the shear fatigue performance and increase the fatigue life of reinforced concrete beam sign
