(中國建筑科學研究院工程抗震研究所 北京 100013)[提要] 探討了決定底層框架-抗震墻磚房抗震性能的幾個問題,主要有:底層的鋼筋砼框架-抗震墻體系應(yīng)合理設(shè)置,底層鋼筋砼墻宜為帶邊框開豎縫的低矮墻,過渡樓層的抗剪和抗彎能力應(yīng)給予增強和底層與上部磚房的抗震能力宜相匹配等。

These mainly are:frame - shear walls structures in first story should be rationally designed; the low - rise shear walls should be with vertical seams in first story; shear and flexual capacity in second story should be enhanced; it should match aseismic capacity for first story with upper stories.
