【提要】 某廠房混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)部分框架柱和梁出現(xiàn)了不同程度的混凝土開(kāi)裂和鋼筋銹蝕，鑒定為鹽酸腐蝕事故?；炷两Y(jié)構(gòu)受鹽酸腐蝕既有酸化腐蝕的特點(diǎn)，又有氯化物腐蝕的特征?；阼b定結(jié)果，建議盡快加固或拆除該廠房。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)工程的環(huán)境條件，按相關(guān)規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定采取必要的結(jié)構(gòu)措施和防腐措施，以免影響結(jié)構(gòu)的安全耐久性。

Appraisal and Analysis for Hydrochloric Acid Corrosion Accident of Concrete Structure/Diao Xueyou(Zhuhai Buildings Appraisal Institute，Zhuhai 519015，China)
Abstract:There are different degrees of damage on the concrete and steel bars of some columns and beams in a plant. It is appraised as a hydrochloric acid corrosion accident of concrete structure. The hydrochloric acid corrosion has characteristics of acid corrosion and chloride corrosion. Based on the test results,it is suggested that the plant should be strengthened or demolished as soon as possible,and the structural and antiseptic measures should be adopted according to the environment condition and the relative codes for the safety and durability of the structure.
