【提要】 以鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)受氯離子嚴(yán)重腐蝕的典型工程實例為基礎(chǔ),對該工程進行了全面檢測與鑒定。根據(jù)鑒定結(jié)果,對工程采用不同的加固方法進行了處理,并于2004年4月對采取加固處理后的效果進行了現(xiàn)場調(diào)查與試驗分析,得出氯離子滲透的雙向擴散過程和氯離子最大含量在離混凝土表面40mm左右位置的規(guī)律。氯離子腐蝕環(huán)境中加固設(shè)計時,鋼筋保護層厚度取60mm是比較合理的,有條件時可適當(dāng)加大。調(diào)查與試驗結(jié)果還表明,氯離子侵蝕嚴(yán)重時,鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在進行加固設(shè)計時宜采用加大截面法。

Abstract:Based on the local survey and appraisal of a represe
ntative engineering structure suffered from serve rebar corrosion by chloride, t
he project has been performed by different strengthening methods. Local investig
ation and experimental analysis in 2004 show that two directions diffusion proce
ss and the maximum content of chloride lie in about 40mm from the surface of co
ncrete and the cover thickness of rebar should be more than 40mm (taking 60mm is
more suitable), and in serve environment, increasing section method could be ad
opted in RC strengthening.
