(中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計研究所 北京 100044)[提要] 依據(jù)我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范,對高效預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土空心板SP板的結(jié)構(gòu)性能作了系統(tǒng)全面的研究和大量計算,與美國PCI Manual for the Design of Hollow Core Slabs的結(jié)果和國內(nèi)設(shè)計研究單位的研究結(jié)果進行了比較;同時進行了試驗研究,以尋找合理的設(shè)計原則,更深刻地認(rèn)識SP板抗彎、抗剪性能,破壞形態(tài),開裂荷載以及板端鋼絞線錨固的性能,同時對板端與砌體連接構(gòu)造措施進行了研究。綜合研究結(jié)果,制定了高效預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板的設(shè)計技術(shù)條件,編制了SP板國標(biāo)圖集。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 高效預(yù)應(yīng)力 空心板 鋼絞線According to China standard, we studied the performance of SP slab which is a kind of high-strength prestressed hollow slabs.The resultS of computation are compared with the results of PCI Manual for
the Design of HolLow Core Slabs and the other research results in China. Experiments are also made in order to learn the moment-resisting, shear-resisting, failure mode, crack loads and the anchorage-bond properties of steel strands. We also have researched the joints which connect the slabs and bricks.
