【提要】 某既有廠房?jī)?nèi)部大面積深開挖后,基坑邊坡附近的柱基礎(chǔ)因土壓力作用發(fā)生明顯的水平位移,柱身嚴(yán)重開裂。在柱基礎(chǔ)水平位移測(cè)量、結(jié)構(gòu)損傷調(diào)查檢測(cè)和結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為廠房整體可靠性等級(jí)為最嚴(yán)重的四級(jí)。提出了柱身外包鋼和柱基礎(chǔ)增設(shè)樹根樁的加固方案。

Assessment of Structural Damage Caused by Inner Deep Excavation in an Existed Workshop/Song Renxin,Chen Zhonghua,F(xiàn)u Xiang,Wang Wuping(Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Nanjing 210029,China)
Abstract:After inner deep excavation of large area in an existed workshop, the column base near the slope of foundation pit has an appreciable horizontal displacement due to soil pressure, which results in severe cleavage of the columns. After measuring the horizontal displacement of column base, investigating and inspecting structural damage, and analyzing mechanics of structure, the conclusion that the workshop overall assessment grade is the most serious Grade Ⅳ is presented. The reinforcement scheme including column enwrapping steel and adding root pile below column base is proposed.
