【提要】 北京某磚混結(jié)構(gòu)辦公大樓存在超高、超層、墻體平面不閉合、L平面肢長伸出過長以及樓板裂縫等問題,還需考慮地基或原有基礎(chǔ)是否需要加固。工程主要通過改變結(jié)構(gòu)抗震體系的方法進(jìn)行抗震加固,如采取增設(shè)剪力墻、防震縫等措施。辦公樓加固后已使用5年,性能良好。該抗震加固方法可供類似工程參考。

Design and Construction of Seismic Strengthening on a Brick Structure Office Building/Sha An1, Sha Zhiguo2, Du Yu2(1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China; 2 Beijing Zhudufangyuan Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100035, China)
Abstract:There are some problems existed in a brick structure office building in Beijing, including ultralimited height and layers, unclosed walls, overlong length of Lshape plane and slab crack. Whether the ground soil and the basement should be strengthened is also considered. The structure is strengthened with the method of changing the antiseismic structural system. The measures such as adding shear walls and setting shockproof joint are adopted. The reinforced building has served well for five years. The method can be referr
