(同濟(jì)大學(xué)地下建筑與工程系 上海 200092)[提要] 基于筏-樁-土相互作用理論的計(jì)算分析,給出了軟土地區(qū)的樁基沉降計(jì)算實(shí)用方法和公式,包括樁筏基礎(chǔ)的平均沉降、差異沉降和基礎(chǔ)板縱向整體彎矩,減少沉降樁基礎(chǔ)的沉降以及柔性樁(如水泥土攪拌樁)基礎(chǔ)的沉降公式,大大簡(jiǎn)化了樁基沉降的計(jì)算,并可得到較合理的計(jì)算結(jié)果。

The total settlement, differential settlement and moment of pile raft foundation and the settlement of reducing-settlement pile foundation of a number of buildings in Shanghai are calculated as the examples of the application and show a good feasibility and easiness of the utilization.
