恒積大廈逆作法施工的結構設計

（上海愛建建筑設計院 200030）[提要] 高層建筑施工過程中通常會遇到深基坑的開挖和圍護問題，尤其是有多層地下室時，其地下部分施工周期往往很長。作者主要介紹了恒積大廈逆作法施工期間的結構和支承體系設計和逆作法節(jié)點構造處理以及施工后的效果。供設計參考。

The construction peroid of basement is very long, The author introduces the design of structure bearing system, the treatmenl of up-down method detail in period of Heng Ji Tower up-down construction and the result after construction, which give reference to structural designer.
