【提要】 根據(jù)薄殼理論,應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件,采用參數(shù)化建模的方法對(duì)卵形消化池在靜力荷載作用下的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析。通過(guò)對(duì)容積相同、池體尺寸按一定規(guī)律變化的卵形消化池的內(nèi)力和表面積的比較,總結(jié)出在滿足工藝要求下受力最為合理的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀,為初步設(shè)計(jì)階段池型的選擇以及主體尺寸的確定提供依據(jù)和建議。

Numerical Analysis of Large Scale Eggshaped Digesters/Wang Hui,Guan Ye(School of Civil Engineering,Tianjin Univ., Tianjin 300072,China)
Abstract:According to the theory of softhin shells, the eggshaped digesters are modeled using ANSYS software and the internal forces under the static loads are analyzed.Through comparing the internal forces and the surface areas of the eggshaped digesters which have the same cubage and regular change of dimension, the shape that satisfies the request of techniques and bears the force reasonably is obtained,and the advice of the option of the digester shape and the determination of the principal size in initial desig
n phase is proposed.
