（西北工業(yè)大學(xué)土木建筑系 西安 710072）[提要] 提出了用實驗與理論分析相結(jié)合來建立古舊建筑物動力分析模型的方法，以一古塔為例介紹了這一實施過程，通過實驗與理論分析和對理論分析模型的修正，獲得了該塔較準(zhǔn)確的 動力分析模型，從而解決了建立古塔動力分析模型的困難。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 建筑物 動力分析模型 模型修正It is difficult to determine the structural parameters of old building SO that it is not easy to establish the accurate dynamic model which is very important for the earhtquake-resistant analysis. Author proposes that the dynamic model of old building is established with combining experiment and theoretical analysis. The whole course estalishing the dynamic model of an ancient buibing is presented. Its dynamic model is modificated with testing the data of dynamic properties. Improved resuits of two methods are compared. The accurate dynamic model of the ancient builbing is obtained.
