(東南大學(xué)土木系 南京 210096)[提要] 將目前國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的預(yù)應(yīng)力理論與技術(shù)應(yīng)用于一幢28層高層建筑中,建立并研究了預(yù)應(yīng)力扁梁框-剪結(jié)構(gòu)體系;提出有粘結(jié)與無粘結(jié)相結(jié)合的預(yù)應(yīng)力雙筋梁抗爆新結(jié)構(gòu);將大跨無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)地基梁用作抗浮結(jié)構(gòu)。為今后進(jìn)一步發(fā)展及推廣預(yù)應(yīng)力新技術(shù)提供了參考。

The main achievements are as follows:establishing and studying the prestressed concrete widened beam frame-shear wall structure system; using the bonded and unbonded doubly pre stressed beam to resist the explosion; employing the large span unboned prestressed continuous beam as a resisting water-buoyancy structure. Valuble data and reference for prestressing technique are presented.
