（中國建筑科學(xué)研究院工程抗震研究所 北京 100013）[提要] 依據(jù)底層框架抗震墻磚房的受力和變形特點(diǎn)及底層框架抗震墻和上部磚房的抗震性能，對底層與上部磚房的抗震能力宜相匹配的豎向均勻性問題進(jìn)行了探討。
