【提要】 闡述了影響實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)安全的三個(gè)階段（設(shè)計(jì)、施工、使用），以及影響結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全的三個(gè)層次（結(jié)構(gòu)方案、內(nèi)力分析、截面設(shè)計(jì)），并通過(guò)實(shí)例分析了應(yīng)該注意的事項(xiàng)。目的在于拓寬技術(shù)人員對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)安全的全面認(rèn)識(shí)。
