50mm厚度16Mn系列鋼兩次疲勞試驗研究的啟示

[提要]  對冶金建筑總院1982年、1993年兩次16Mn系列鋼疲勞試驗研究報告進行了對比分析,利用試驗數(shù)據(jù)研究了原試驗?zāi)康闹獾恼n題:不同韌性鋼材開孔應(yīng)力集中、不同韌性焊材、K型對接焊縫焊趾角a、拉伸試件帶肋斷弧及彎曲試件K型對接焊縫對疲勞強度的影響,并對后三個課題提出了修正補充和建議,還對吊車梁焊透的T形焊縫焊角尺寸tw / 2降至tw / 4可行性試驗結(jié)果進行了解釋。本文可供《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GBJ17-88)修訂時參考。

Based on two research reports of fatigue test for 16Mn series steel 50mm in thickness, the effect on fatigue strength by stress concentration at holes of steel material with different tenacity, solder with different tenacity, the root angle of K-groove butt welded seam, the tensile sample with rib and break flash and the K butt weldedd seam for bending sample are studied. To the last three subjects, the author put forward amendments and proposals and explained the feasibility test results to the groove angle of T-welded seam of crane beam from tw / 2 to tw / 4.
