建筑業(yè)彩涂鋼板選用中的幾個概念問題

管恩錡 謝如榮 （冶金部建筑研究總院 北京 100088）鄔烈民 （冶金部鋼鐵研究總院 北京 100081）[提要] 基于彩色涂層鋼板的涂層特性原理：涂層結(jié)構(gòu)特性、基板的耐蝕性、涂料（膜）的耐候性、彩板使用壽命的歸類等，對建筑業(yè)在選用彩板中存在的二個基本概念問題，即彩板的耐蝕性及其使用壽命進行了分析和討論。

Two main problems of precoated steel sheet for selecting application in the field of architecture, corro-sion resistance and durability of precoated steel sheet, are presented in this paper. Basing on the coating characteristic principle, the coating structured characteristic, corrosion resistance of substrate, weathering properties of coatings and durability classification of precoated steel sheet are discussed.
