[提要]  根據(jù)寧波市區(qū)地基土層分布情況，對(duì)寧波市多層及高層建筑常用各種樁型的技術(shù)條件、施工對(duì)環(huán)境的影響以及綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等因素進(jìn)行分析比較，并對(duì)各種樁型的選型、設(shè)計(jì)與施工提出了一些有益的建議。

Based on soil distribution in Ningbo city, this paper gives analysis and comparison regarding technical
condition, environmental pollution in construction and economic efficiency in pile foundation of multistory and high-rise building. Furthermore, the useful suggestion are given in type selection of pile foundation, design and construction.
