[提要]  論述北京中山音樂(lè)堂改擴(kuò)建工程整體基礎(chǔ)托換和地下加層設(shè)計(jì)施工技術(shù)。該工程采用“兩樁托-柱”法的結(jié)構(gòu)傳力轉(zhuǎn)換體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)整體基礎(chǔ)托換，并最終達(dá)到了增加地下室，利用地下空間的目的。施工中采用機(jī)械鉆孔化學(xué)生根鋼筋、分段托換和開(kāi)挖地下室以保證整體穩(wěn)定的措施，避免了基礎(chǔ)整體托換和地下加層過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)不安全因素。該工程的實(shí)踐為開(kāi)發(fā)城市地下空間資源、進(jìn)行城市建筑改造開(kāi)辟了一條新途徑，可供有關(guān)工程參考。

This paper gives a presentation of the design and construction technique in the reform work of Beijing
Zhongshan Music Hall with the addition of a basement and the change of the supporting system of foundation. The project has adopted the method of using "two piles to support a column" as a system of load transfer of the foundation and for the creation of more space to the underground basement. During the construction, by using mechanical drilling of holes, chemical binding of reinforcements, transferring the supports through sections to guarantee the integral stability of the supports for the excavation of the basement so as to avoid the possible unsafety in foundation supports and the increase of underground basement area. The realization of this project has paved a new way for the development of underground space resource for the reform of urban construction.
