[提要]  針對教學(xué)樓建筑特點，對常用的幾種結(jié)構(gòu)型式進行分析比較，并結(jié)合工程實例，闡述了在窗間墻兩端加受力構(gòu)造柱的配筋約束砌體的運用及設(shè)計方法、構(gòu)造措施。該結(jié)構(gòu)型式既充分利用了構(gòu)造柱的強度又改善了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能，具有較強的經(jīng)濟適用性。

Several structural styles of teaching buildings are analysed and compared for common its characteristics. A restrained masonry by setting construction columns in the wall between windows is provided. Some construction details are also introduced through a practical engineering project designing. Not only the strength of construction columns is sufficiently used, but also the aseismic property of the building can be improved by using this structure style.
