（湖南大學(xué)土木系 長沙 410082）[提要] 探討了偏心受壓砌體構(gòu)件偏心距的計(jì)算問題，提出了改用由荷載設(shè)計(jì)值計(jì)算的偏心距來計(jì)算影響系數(shù)的建議和兩種相應(yīng)偏心距轉(zhuǎn)換方法。為正在修訂的《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范( GBJ3 -88)》提出協(xié)調(diào)途徑和具體改進(jìn)方案，以供設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范修訂人員參考。
