[提要]  對(duì)底部?jī)蓪涌蚣芤豢拐饓Υu房側(cè)移剛度的確定方法進(jìn)行分析，指出了現(xiàn)有方法存在的問題，提出了較為合理的側(cè)移剛度確定方法和簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式。

Based on the analysis of the shortcoming in existing methods for calculating lateral stiffness of brick masonry building with two stories frame-shear wall structure at the bottom, a reasonable method and simplified formula for calculating the lateral stiffness are presented.
