[提要] 提出了底部兩層框架一抗震墻磚房中薄弱層的判別方法，對該類結構體系震害預測的具體方法進行了探討，并將此震害預測方法應用于工程實例中。
[關鍵詞] 薄弱層 震害預測 延伸率 極限剪力系數(shù)In order to predict the damage state of multi-story brick buildings with two frame-shear wall supported stories under seldomly occurred earthquake, the authors present the method of how to search the weak story of the building, and how to predict seismic damage for the structural system.The method is also used in the seismic damage prediction of a practical engieering.
