[提要] 介紹了三個試驗,即中等高度鋼筋砼抗震墻試驗、一個單元的框架一抗震墻試驗以及底部兩層框架-抗震墻上部四層磚房模型的振動臺試驗。分別闡述了這類建筑在多遇、罕遇地震作用下的承載力和彈塑性變形分析。最后提出了工程應(yīng)用建議,認為通過正確的抗震設(shè)計,這類建筑能用于抗震設(shè)防烈度不大于8度的地震區(qū)。

The paper describes the analysis of the carrying loading capacity and the elas-plastic deformation of these kind of buildings under the earthquake, Finally, the authors put foward the engineering application suggestion that the multi-story masory supported by two frame-seismic wall structure can be constructed in the seismic area if its seismic design intensity is not greater than 8 degree.
