[提要] 根據(jù)有限元模擬Y型三輥孔型軋制中金屬的變形特點,討論了冷軋帶肋鋼筋產(chǎn)品的力學(xué)性能問題,指出了盤條的材質(zhì)和冷軋變形條件是影響鋼筋強度和伸長率的主要因素。文中把鋼筋的伸長率分解為均勻伸長率和縮頸伸長率兩部分,分別討論了盤條材質(zhì)上的缺陷和冷軋過程工藝因素對鋼筋拉伸試樣均勻伸長率和縮頸伸長率的影響,為提高冷軋鋼筋產(chǎn)品性能開拓了思路。

The material quality of the ribbed bars and cold-rolled deformation conditions are very important factors, which influence the strength and elongation of the ribbed bars. Authors discuss respectively the influence of the material defect in quality and cold-rolling process factor on the uniform elongation and necking elongation, which open up a thinking for the improvement of the cold-rolled ribbed bars properties
