[提要]  通過兩個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例對設(shè)置局部地下室的多層建筑物的抗震方案和抗震措施提出宜采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)剛度、加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位等幾點(diǎn)看法，供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。
