[提要]  肋形樓蓋是梁板協(xié)同工作體系，作者提出以十字交叉梁系桿元及矩形四節(jié)點(diǎn)板元共同集成總剛計(jì)算肋形樓蓋的直接剛度法，較傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法更為精確。對(duì)大量算例結(jié)果的分析表明：一般現(xiàn)澆板在次梁位置受正彎矩作用（下緣受拉）；考慮梁板協(xié)同作用，結(jié)構(gòu)剛度可以提高30%左右。

Girder-beam-slab system(cross intersect) is beams that work cooperating with slabs.The article shows direct stiffness method that decussates mast element of beam's system and slab element of rectangular four node's assemblages together total stiffness matrix so as to calculate ribbed slab, more accurate distribution of internal force of slab than traditional calculating methods. Summarization and analysis coming from many calculating examples show:cast-in-place plates at location of beams generally are subjected to action of positive moment( the lower of plates are subject to tensile stress); structural stiffness can increase 30% about,if the cooperation of beams with plates is considered.
