[提要]  簡要回顧了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震鑒定及加固工作的發(fā)展過程，探討了抗震鑒定及加固設(shè)防目標(biāo)的概率水準(zhǔn)，“抗震概念設(shè)計(jì)”在抗震鑒定與加固設(shè)計(jì)中的延伸、“結(jié)構(gòu)綜合抗震能力”在鑒定及加固中的應(yīng)用，以及目前抗震加固改造中遇到的一些新問題。

The development process for the seismic appraiser and strengthening of building structures in our country is reviewed. Some problems on the seismic appraiser and strengthening of building structures, such as the probability level of the objective of seismic protection for appraiser, the concept design on the seismic appraiser and strengthening, the judgement on compound seismic capability of structure and the coordination for transformation and strengthening of building structures, are investigated.
