（南京軍區(qū)建筑設計院 210029）[提要] 介紹泰州人民醫(yī)院大樓結構概況、受力分析、基礎設計以及強柱弱梁、強剪弱彎、強節(jié)點弱聯(lián)結等概念設計在高層建筑設計中的應用。工程采用輕質墻體材料、大直徑錐螺紋技術等，取得明顯的經濟效益。
[關鍵詞] 框剪結構 抗震性 設計The application of concept designs in high-rise building of Tai Zhou hospital are introduced. Using new techniqiues and new materials, a good economic benefit have been achieved.
