[提要]  對(duì)建于上海軟土地區(qū)的“南證大廈”超高層鋼筋混凝土框筒的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)。闡述了基礎(chǔ)、地下室、上部結(jié)構(gòu)各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段需要注意的問(wèn)題，并對(duì)超高層建筑采用框筒結(jié)構(gòu)合理與否進(jìn)行了論述。

The structure design of using reinforced concrete frame core tube in super-highrise building Nanzheng
Mansion in soft soil district of Shanghai is summarized in detail. The problems during every phases in design of foundation, basement and upper structure are introduced, and the feasiblity of frame core tube structure adopted in super-highrise building is discussed.
