屋頂增設(shè)鐵塔后原有結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能分析

[提要]  以長沙某高層框架結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓及一通訊用鐵塔為研究對象,采用菲線性時程分析法分析了辦公樓在屋頂加設(shè)鐵塔前后的振型、自振周期、內(nèi)力及位移等變化,針對目前在建和已建建筑物屋頂加鐵塔的設(shè)計提出了較為合理的設(shè)計方法及值得注意的問題,其結(jié)論對屋頂增設(shè)鐵塔的設(shè)計有一定的參考價值。

Taking as a case study a tall frame office building in Changsha after the addition of a steel tower to its
roof, author analyses the earthquake resistant behaviour of the tall building before and after the addition of a steel tower by way of non-linear time-hysteresis analysis. Some practical solutions to the problems in current designs after the addition of steel towers to the roofs of built building are put forward. The analysis results are of some value in such designs.
