【提要】 武漢市某高層板式住宅的地質(zhì)情況為故河道,持力層分別為硅質(zhì)巖層和粉質(zhì)粘土層,如何控制“軟硬”不同持力土層的基礎(chǔ)沉降是設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)。采用坐落于硅質(zhì)巖上的墩基和粉質(zhì)粘土中的挖孔樁共同承載的基礎(chǔ)形式,結(jié)合地下室形成樁箱基礎(chǔ),解決“軟硬”不同土質(zhì)的不均勻沉降問題。在巖土分界線處,上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用增加板厚進(jìn)行剛度加強(qiáng)。沉降觀測(cè)結(jié)果表明,基礎(chǔ)的不均勻沉降在規(guī)范限值內(nèi),基礎(chǔ)方案是合理的。

Abstract:The foundation design of a highrise building on old river bed is presented,
and attention to control the uneven settlements smaller than the allowable subsoil deformation is paid.As the geological structure of half of the site is soil and half is rock,the combination of pile supporting box foundation is designed as the foundation type.Several measurements are applied to increase the integral stiffness of the structure.The survey of foundation settlements proves that the foundation scheme is feasible and successful.
