[提要]  對(duì)我國(guó)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全度的演變過程作了簡(jiǎn)要回顧。針對(duì)我國(guó)規(guī)范在構(gòu)造規(guī)定、荷載設(shè)計(jì)值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值取值偏低、材料強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值取值偏高等問題與國(guó)外情況進(jìn)行了比較，認(rèn)為我國(guó)現(xiàn)行建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不能適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要，應(yīng)大幅度提高。結(jié)合近年來地震損失情況還提出應(yīng)對(duì)“大震不倒、中震可修、小震不壞”的抗震設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行重新審議。此外，還從市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)安全度的確定原則提出了建議。

The evolution of building structure design safetY in China is briefly reviewed. Comparing with abroad, the constructional provision and the values of design load and standard load are lower, the design strengh of material is higher, which is not suitable to circumstances now. Author puts forward the proposal that the standard of current buiding structure design safety in our country should be raised greatly and the principle of seismic design should be reexamined.
