【提要】 就某異形柱混凝土框架房屋的混凝土剝落現(xiàn)象進行了化學分析和試驗研究，找到了混凝土剝落的原因，提出了相應的加固處理措施。施工結(jié)果表明：加固效果顯著，取得了良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益，可為同類現(xiàn)象的處理提供參考。

Abstract:The phenomena of concreteflakeoff is studied through chemistry analysis and
test research to the building nearby the sea,and the reason of concreteflakeoff is found.The measures corresponding to the result are brought forward at last, which can be the reference to the same instance. The construction shows that the strengthened measures are suitable, which gained good economical and social benefits.
