[提要]  方莊體育健身中心A樓原為方莊供熱廠單層煤庫(kù)，由于建筑使用性質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變，需要對(duì)原結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改建，中間增設(shè)兩層。這里介紹了該工程的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施，初步探討了排架結(jié)構(gòu)中間加層、抗震加固及鉆孑L栽筋的方法。

Fangzhuang physical centre was a single floor coal-store house of Fangzhuang heat supply factory before. Because the change of the building function, its structure must be reformed. ln the middle part, the building is added up to three storeys. Design and construction of the project are introduced. Author also inquiries into the method of bent frame structure for mezzanine storey, strengthening for earthquake resistance and drilling holes for anchor bar frame.
