(武漢市建筑設(shè)計(jì)院 430014)[提要] 武漢世界貿(mào)易大廈地上58層,地下2層,采用C60高強(qiáng)混凝土?;趶椥缘鼗俣?,用有限元法分析了樁筏基礎(chǔ)。利用內(nèi)外筒支座條件和截面高度隨內(nèi)力變化的方法設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)應(yīng)力折線板樓蓋。在五十四層平面內(nèi)收,選用人字形斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換承托頂部5層荷載。三道防線后澆帶設(shè)計(jì),保證后澆帶防水質(zhì)量并充分發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的結(jié)構(gòu)作用。主塔空間鋼架設(shè)計(jì)和彈塑性地震反應(yīng)分析保證建筑風(fēng)格的實(shí)現(xiàn),并滿足抗震設(shè)防要求,使結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到安全可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的要求。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 樁筏基礎(chǔ) 預(yù)應(yīng)力折線板 人字斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換 空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu) 彈塑性地震反應(yīng)分析The author introduces the structural design of Wuhan World Trade Building.The building has 58 storeys over ground and 2 storeys under ground, and C60 high-strength concrete is used.Elastic ground body as-sumption and finite element method have been adopted to analysis the piled raft foundation in design. Taking advantage of bearing factor and the changed section according to internal forces, prestressed folded concrete floor is designed. At 54th storey, the hemngbone braced frame is used to transfer loads of 5 storeys upstairs. The design of three layer defence construction joint ensures the quality of waterproof. Space steel structure design and non-liner dynamic seismic analysis method have brought about the new idea of architectural design and the require of antiseismic. Therefore,this design achieves safety,advanced technique and efficiency.
