[提要]  對(duì)影響建筑物沉降的主要因素和現(xiàn)行規(guī)范沉降計(jì)算的特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)沉降計(jì)算中土壓縮模量、計(jì)算深度、經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù)、最終沉降的認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)的澄清等作了闡述，并展示了三個(gè)沉降計(jì)算實(shí)例。

Brief descriptions on the specialties of settlements of buildings, on the speciality of settlement calculation in national specification and on the clarification of misunderstanding for settlement calculation were discussed. Three examples on settlement calculation were also presented.
