(中國輕工業(yè)廣州設(shè)計(jì)院 510180)[提要] 通過對某住宅樓樁基沉降原因的分析及加固處理方案的論證，簡要介紹了深填土區(qū)因回填土固結(jié)沉降而引起承載力下降的樁基加固方案選擇及其處理結(jié)果，供參考。
