[提要] 總結(jié)了結(jié)構(gòu)減震控制技術(shù)在房屋加固改造中的研究及應(yīng)用，包括隔震、耗能減震及吸振減震等方法的原理和工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例，并與傳統(tǒng)加固改造方法作了對(duì)比，對(duì)采用結(jié)構(gòu)減震控制技術(shù)作為結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造方法的前景作了展望，并提出結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造技術(shù)今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)研究的若干問(wèn)題。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 抗震加固 加層改造 隔震 耗能減震The current situation of the structure's retrofitting and adding stories are introduced, and the mechanisms and some applications of passive control to the upgrade and adding stories of existing structures are summarized, including seismic isolation, passive energy dissipation and energy absorption. A comparison between the traditional methods and the proposed ones is shown. Then the tendency and some problems to be researched more of this new technique are presented.
